The ICGC is a community of scholars at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities including graduate students (the Scholars) who hold fellowships from the Center, the associated faculty who give guidance to the Center and design and teach its seminars, the staff who administer the various program activities of the Center, and the Scholar alumni who have completed their degree programs at the University.
