The Global Issues Honors Consortium (GIHC) is a joint program of
the Interdisciplinary Center for the Study of Global Change (ICGC)
at the University of Minnesota, Dillard University (New Orleans, LA),
Tougaloo College (Tougaloo, MS) and the University of Minnesota, Morris.
